Our puppies are up to date on all shots and vaccines. They are AKC registered and Micro-chipped. Our puppies are from a Champion bloodline of healthy English Bulldog Puppies with no genetic or health defect. Their parents are on site, healthy and has never experience any health issues. For that, We offer Up to 3 years health guarantee to all puppies bought from us.

PROCEDURE

Within ten days of purchasing your new puppy, you must take him/her to a licensed veterinarian for an examination. If the veterinarian determines, within ten days of purchase, that your dog is clinically ill or illness likely to have been contracted on or before the date of sale and delivery, or if your dog is dead within a year, you have the following options:

• Return the dog for a complete refund.
• Return the dog for a replacement dog of equal value.
• Retain the dog and receive reimbursement for reasonable veterinary fees, not exceeding the purchase price.

If within 30 days of purchase, a licensed veterinarian determines that your dog has a congenital or hereditary defect which adversely affects the animal’s health or that your dog died from a congenital or hereditary defect, you have the same option as outlined above.
You must notify us of the examining veterinarian’s name, address & phone number within two days of the vet’s certification of your dog’s illness. Failure to notify the seller within two business days will result in forfeiture of rights.

Our English Bulldog puppies are 100% safe, secure, and guaranteed to be in good health and free from any signs of infection at the time we ship them to you. We take pride in saying that our relationship with you does not end once you take home a puppy from us. As a family of breeders and experienced English Bulldog counselors, we would wish to believe that nothing can ever go wrong with our puppies. However, some things are not always in our control because a puppy’s health depends on genetics, exercise, nourishment, and overall daily care.

We do not believe your English Bulldog puppy is replaceable due to emotional attachments. Still, we think that sometimes the pains of losing a puppy can be reduced when we can offer you another puppy of equal value. In case of the unforeseen event of death within one year from its purchase date, or if the puppy is found to possess health disorders (within one year) that adversely affect the health of the Puppy, we will replace it with another puppy of equivalent value at no cost to you. The reason for death should be certified by a certified VET technician, and we shall expect you to email us a copy of this health report.

Nothing makes us happier than knowing that we did bring much joy into your home with one of our puppies. We constantly give you health advice to make sure your puppy remains healthy. Here is a measure that will help:
Please send us a copy of the health examination (a medical record) within ten business days of receiving your puppy. A licensed VET must carry out the inspection.

Your puppy comes with age-appropriate vaccinations, so you do not need to vaccinate the puppy again. We do de-worm & vaccinate your puppy before shipping it to you, so we expect you to continue the proper de-worming & conducting regular health examinations up to 16 weeks of age or more to keep your puppy healthy and aware (as recommended by your VET).

Exceptions to this health guarantee

Failure to provide your puppy with regular vet care will go against this health guarantee. This health guarantee doesn’t cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended tests.

All our puppies to undergo a thorough checkup before being shipped to you. Our licensed vet performs this checkup and issues the Veterinary Health reports for all our puppies. This report certifies the health condition of every puppy against Cardiovascular, Skin, Coat, Eyes, Mouth, Teeth, Gums, Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Ears, Land urogenital, and gastrointestinal diseases.

This health report will be filled out on the date of shipping the puppy to you to ensure that the puppy’s health is guaranteed. This report is then reviewed for any issues or concerns notated by our veterinarian. And if there are any serious issues with the puppy, they will not be shipped to you. We also require you to get your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten days of receiving the puppy.
